The Book of Everyone – personalised book

There are people you will inevitably think are hard to buy for at Christmas or birthdays, so what do you get them? The Book of Everyone has the perfect gift a book for literally everyone.
The Book of Everyone is a fact-filled, laughter-packed, nostalgia-conjuring book about the world the person you are gifting it to was born into.

I decided this would be a great gift for my daughter Skye, she is always looking for fun facts so why not have some fun facts about things she is familiar with.

I visited the website and clicked on the book of everyone and I was directed to the page to select various things. The first selection was to choose the edition I wanted. I chose the Milestone Edition but had the choice out of The Book of Everyone, Milestone Edition, Quickie Edition, The Romantic Edition, Book of Dad and Book of Mum. When you choose your edition the page will change to an image of the front of the book.

I typed Skye’s name in the boxes like it asks, her gender and date of birth. I could then choose whether to have the book in the age she is now or the age she will be on her next birthday.
I chose the age she will be on her next birthday as she will be 12 a week after Christmas Day.
Once that was filled in I clicked next and was taken to the next page where it asks who the book is from. Then I clicked the preview button.

This is where the fun in personalising the book begins…

First, you can choose a book cover colour that suits the person. There are 9 colours to choose from, I chose turquoise then scrolled a little to the next page which is where the personalised message is, click edit and a new window pops up and you can write your own dedication to the person and sign it off.

You can also choose a background out of 5 different images.

Scroll down further and you can see all the pages that will be in the finished book. You know when you can edit a page as I pencil symbol is underneath that page.

Random fact when scrolling through these, Did you know that in January 2007, 12 years ago (almost) a First Class stamp cost just 34p!

Once I was happy with the book I went to the checkout chose whether I wanted it in softback, hardback or Deluxe which is hand bound with a padded cover. I then had the choice of gift wrap and cards. I continued to check out and selected the shipping I wanted, they give estimated delivery dates on each and paid.

The Book of Skye arrived less than a week later. The cover is a thick card and has a matte finish to it. Each page is thick paper and every one of those pages is just as I saw them on the computer screen perfectly printed. The quality is amazing as is all the facts and funny things in the book.

Skye is going to love it, but as I said earlier, her birthday is a week after Christmas Day so I am going to hold on to it until then.

I am very impressed with The Book of Everyone and am planning to purchase one for another member of the family very soon.

I would definitely recommend it for the number of things you can personalise and the quality is second to none.
You can even have friends and family record video messages for an online video gift box.
