I love to make/create things, I also like to try my hand at new craft projects as it gives me a great sense of achievement when I try something for the first time and manage to get it right. My girls are exactly the same as me, they caught the craft bug very early in age and love nothing more than to get their craft on.
I was asked if I could make a craft wish list and to be honest looking at all of the craft supplies at The Works I was completely spoilt for choice, there was a lot there that I would add to my wish list but I cannot add 100 things to my wish list and had to whittle it down a lot.
So without further ado here is my wish list…
Scrap Book Set, I chose this scrapbook kit because I think it would be really nice to make a family scrapbook where all the family can get involved. The end product would be fantastic because we can all look through the scrapbook together in years gone by and see the memories that we have created as a family.
Chipboard Alphabet Letters, I thought this would be a really good thing to include into a scrapbook or even making name plaques for our doors at home, they could be decorated in many ways and they could really be made into anything you like and with my crafty children they would come up with many ways to approach and use them.
Papier-Mâché Letter, I thought this would be a good idea because my children could decorate their first initial or even their whole name the way they wanted and have it in their bedroom.
They could be decorated in countless different ways .
I think they would also look good in other rooms of the house, for instance HOME or LOVE in the living room or dining room.
How To Draw Anything book, I chose this book because my youngest daughter loves to draw, she is in fact quite good any way but I thought this book would encourage to try to draw things that are out of her usual comfort zone rather than pony’s and cartoon characters.
Royal and Langnickel Engraving Art Box, Now this may not be everyone’s choice to put on a wish list but I really enjoy doing these. Although I never get it to look as perfect as it is supposed to they are relaxing and last a while.
Wool, I love knitting and crocheting and you cannot have enough wool in my opinion. At the moment I have been making blankets, and other baby things but I have also knitted or crocheted other things such as toys, hats, and adult sized jumpers.
And finally we have a Large Folding Wooden Craft Basket. This would be a perfect place to stash my wool and current knitting works in progress. It is a perfect size as it would not take up much room where ever it is put.
I hope you enjoyed looking through my craft wish list. What would you put on yours?
