I received a set of three Bach Original Flower Essences which allow you to create your own individual mixture and adapt it to suit your changing moods as you embark on your healthier living regime. You can choose to take one, two or three essences at a time. All you have to do is use the dropper bottle to put drops on to the tongue or add to any beverage.Dr Bach created the original system of 38 flower essences in the 1930s and they have been used worldwide ever since. Bach Original Flower Essences help us to rediscover the positive side of ourselves.
These are free from artificial additives and colourings, suitable for vegans, suitable for all the family, glycerine formula and alcohol-free.
I have been using the Bach Emotional Eating kit for about three weeks now in the pack there are three bottles of the essence, Crab apple, Cherry plum and Chestnut Bud. They come in a little pull bag with the Bach logo and flowers on it.

First I tried the essences with a drop on my tongue starting with Chestnut bud, this was really strong I didn’t like it much, to be honest however a drop or two in water tasted quite good.
The crab apple one was lovely both in water and dropped on the tongue. As was the cherry plum.
They all smelt like blossom or tree buds.

What these three essences are for
Crab Apple:
When you feel unclean or dislike something about yourself. Crab apple helps wi acceptance of yourself and your imperfections.
Cherry Plum:
When you fear you might lose control. Cherry plum can help you to think and act rationally.
Chestnut Bud:
When you find yourself making the same mistakes. Chestnut Bud can help you gain knowledge from your experience.
The Cherry Plum is the main one I have been using as I worry and stress a lot and in all honesty, it has helped as I am finding myself calmer than I usually would be when things go wrong.
Bach Emotional Eating Kit costs around £11.00 and is available from Boots, Holland and Barrett and all good independent health food and pharmacy stores.
