As most of you know if you follow my blog, we are trying for another baby we have been trying for a long time but it hasn’t happened yet and we are willing to try anything to better our chances. I was asked I if would like to try Zestica Conception Kit for a month an give my thoughts on it.

The Zestica Conception Kit comes complete with 7 ovulations tests, 10 xconception gel and 6 x fertility gel as well as full instructions on how to use, questions and answers and conception chart.
The Zestica™ Conception Kit helps you deal with many simple factors such as a lack of sperm-friendly conditions in the vagina, which can be aggravated by dryness, an imbalance to its pH or the natural bacteria that exist there, alongside not knowing when your ovulating may all be preventing you conceiving. By dealing with each of these problems the Zestica™ Conception Kit can significantly improve your chances of conceiving.

The first thing I had to do was work out when I should be using the gels, this is worked out by how long your cycle is. For instance if you have a 28 day cycle then you would start using conception gel from day 5 for 6 days just before going to bed. Then on day 11 you would use the ovulation tests for 7 consecutive days during that time you would normally have intercourse a few times and every time you are about to do the deed. Once that 7 days of ovulation tests is over you would have hopefully ovulated in that time and once the ovulation tests have all been used the following day you would start using the conception gel again for 4 days in a row.
The aim of the Zestica Conception Kit is to find your fertile days, prevent comment infections that can affect conception, boost and protect sperm and establish a vaginal balance.
My cycles are pretty regular and I worked out what day I should start the conception gel and did as directed in the instructions. Unfortunately I didn’t ovulate during the 7 days of doing ovulation tests, no my body went wacky on me and I ovulated a lot later than usual 4 days after the ovulation tests had been used up. Luckily I had some ovulation tests available so continued to monitor my cycle until I was sure that I had ovulated, we used the fertility gel every time we did the deed and then used the conception gel for 4 days.
I did not conceive that cycle however I am not sure why my cycle was irregular this time as I usually ovulate the around the same cycle day every month and I have not had a cycle as long as I did the cycle that I tried Zestica it, but I was very stressed due to grieving so I am just putting it down to stress.
I will continue using Zestica because I think the concept and idea that getting everything ‘down there’ in good vaginal health for the best chances of conceiving is great, plus the fertility gel too helps those little swimmers get on their way.
