These days a lot of snacks for both children and adults are full of fats and sugars which are not healthy for you, so what if there was a snack different from others you may have seen that is not only a healthy snack but also a way of eating 1 of your 5 a day portions of vegetables. Nothing But snacks are just that.
We were sent four packets of Nothing But to review, two Beetroot and Parsnip snacks and 2 Mange tour and red pepper snacks.
Nothing But snacks are freeze dried foods which have nothing else done to them so what you see is what you get nothing else.

When we opened the Nothing But Beetroot and Parsnip snacks I could smell the flavours straight away and the earthy scent from the Beetroot was quite strong. The snacks inside are slices of actual Beetroot and parsnip they taste exactly how you would think they tasted like.
I love Beetroot generally but I found the freeze dried version was too earthy in taste for me, however the parsnip was absolutely delicious.

The Nothing But mange tout and red peppers were a great mix of green and reds with whole mange touts and slices of red peppers. These were my favourite out of the two snacks, I love mange tout but never tried them freeze dried before they were just as delicious.

My youngest daughter asked to try these and I agreed, I was surprised when she managed to eat the whole packet and told me that they were really nice. Her favourite out of the two were the mange tout and red pepper snacks although she did like the parsnips in the other packet, she wasn’t too keen on the Beetroot.
They are available in both flavours for now but soon there will be pea and sweetcorn snacks added to the list. You can purchase them in packs of 8 from Amazon.
