NasalGuard Cold & Flu Block

It is Autumn which means it is getting colder but it also means that with the cold weather we are more than likely going to get a cold or flu. I was send a tube of NasalGuard Cold & Flu Block which is i available to purchase from Boots priced at £11.99. It is a topical gel that helps reduce the likelihood of getting sick from cold and flu viruses. Myself and my eldest daughter seem more prone to colds that my husband and youngest daughter so we have been trying it out.

NasalGuard Cold & Flu Block has a patented formulation containing cosmetic grade ingredients, which creates a positively charged gel that blocks negatively charges viruses on contact before they enter your nose in other words It creates an invisible barrier which traps and blocks airborne viruses.

In the box is a small 3g tube of the NasalGuard Cold & Flu Block which gives around 150 applications. We have been applying it daily for the most protection by squeezing a small amount on our finger, rubbing it between the finger and thumb and then putting a thin layer around our nostrils and above our upper lips.  The gel itself is creamy white in colour. It should be applied before entering a crowded place, after showers after meals, and at bedtime.

It soaks in really quick and it does not leave any residue behind. So far after a few weeks of using it daily we have not had a cold or flu. We will be continuing to using this because the last thing my daughter needs is to get sick now she’s at college and I cannot afford to get sick either and it is a harmless preventive measure which will suit a lot of busy people.

The NasalGuard Cold and Flu Block is clinically proven to be safe and effective, it is suitable for children pregnant women and the elderly. It is drug free, non-drowsy and has no known drug interactions if taken with medications.

It does state on the instructions that it should be used regularly between 4-6 times a day and that any interruptions in use many reduce the intended effectiveness.
