My daughter has seen Little Live Pets Flutter Wings Butterflies advertised on the TV quite a lot and she had played with her cousins butterfly several times so I knew that she wanted one, she had been dropping hints galore so she was ecstatic when we received the Frozen Iceland butterfly to review.
Beautiful Little Live Pets Butterfly is your new pet friend that magically comes alive and flutters in the palm of your hand! See how real your new friend feels as it flaps and flitters its stunning wings just for you.
Inside the box;
1 Butterfly
1 Charger
1 Display Holder
1 Instructions Booklet
The butterfly needs 2 x AA batteries which are not included.
The first thing we did was add the batteries which requires a philips screw driver. We then placed the butterfly onto the charger and waited for it to charge up.
It didn’t take long for the butterfly to start fluttering and flapping its wings and as soon as my daughter noticed that it was moving she wanted to pick it up so it would be fluttering in her hand. She absolutely loved it.
The butterfly is many different shades of blue in ‘Frozen’ colours. The lower parts of its wings both top and bottom is holographic and it shimmers. It is very pretty.
My daughter loves to put the butterfly in the display holder which is a sucker that sticks to the window but we do seem to have issues with it, not with the actual butterfly or the sucker but when my dog spots it he won’t stop barking at it, he goes crazy when it starts fluttering its wings. It is quite funny though.
There are five Series 2 butterflies to collect Frozen Iceland, Precious Paris, Tropical Beauty, Jungle Fashion and Cherry Blossom. There are also Butterfly houses available which my daughter is now asking for so I will be looking into getting her one IF she behaves herself.
Little Live Pets Butterflies are suitable for ages 5 year and upwards. They are available of the Character-Online website and all good toy stores priced at around £9.99.
