I rarely get new clothes for myself as I do not grow upwards or outwards so the only time I really get new clothes is if I am wanting a new pair of jeans or something I have seen that I really like when out and about. I was asked if I would like to review something from Zalando and I knew exactly what I wanted with the weather turning cooler, a hoodie, and a t-shirt to go underneath.
I took a look at the site and there is a lot of clothing to choose from and all great prices too. The hoodie I decided on was a Men’s Li-Ning Tracksuit Top in black, the reason I chose a men’s one instead of a women’s one was I prefer the length in men’s as women’s normally stop at the waist and they are baggier.
It has a full front zip which is also black on the left chest there is the Li-Ning logo in grey and on the right there is Chinese writing in grey. At the top of the back there is a Chinese symbol and the word courage. The hood is lined and there are grey laces coming out of the hood.
The side pockets are fairly deep and they have a cuff at the opening. There is also a cuff all the way round the bottom of the tracksuit top and each arm.
It is made from 60% cotton and 40% polyester. I have washed this several times since receiving it and it has stayed the same shape and has not shrunk. It states on the label that it is not to be tumble dried but I tumble dry most things especially when the weather is poor and the Li-Ning Tracksuit top has not suffered any ill effects from the drier.
I like this tracksuit top/hoodie because it covers my bum, this is one thing I always look for in jumpers, hoodies etc. It is also baggy but not too baggy that it looks silly. The hood is not too big but also not too small it fits perfectly. Some hoods cover my eyes when I put them on which is not good. I think it is great quality and stylish.
The Li-Ning Tracksuit Top costs just £27.00
The top I decided to get was an Adidas Originals Printed T-shirt in navy blue with a large pink Adidas logo on the chest of the T-shirt. The reason I chose this was it looked a nice fit on the person that was modelling it, I like tops that fit but do not look like they are cling filmed to me I prefer them to have a loose fit. The size I ordered was large which is a size 14 in UK sizes.
The t-shirt was a loose fit and it is also very stretchy. It has a rounded neck and is quite long in length. On the left lower seam is the Adidas logo label and it is made from 100% cotton.
I really like this t-shirt, the colour navy with the bright pink logo makes it stand out, it is really comfortable to wear with no itchy labels digging in. The loose fit and length are a huge plus for me.
Being Adidas you know it is going to be good quality, which it is.
It washes well with no shrinking or colour run. Again it is stated not to tumble dry but I do and there have been no ill effects.
