I have tried CBD oil before and I will admit to you now I did not like the taste at all and had to stop taking it as the taste just wasn’t something I could deal with. I was super excited when I heard that there a CBD spray that had no taste and no smell and jumped at the chance to try it.

I will admit that I have not been using the CBD spray twice a day as instructed and have been using it on an if and when basis.
I suffer from horrendous period cramps, I will get at least one day a month where they are so bad it stops my everyday life and I either lay in bed or sofa until they have eased. They last from 2 or 3 hours to all day. Then we have the rest of the week of cramps that are uncomfortable but manageable but can stop me in my tracks.
As soon as I felt it coming on I decided to give the Bnatural PURE a try, I mean even if it didn’t work, there was no harm done.
One spray and within half an hour the cramps were gone. I couldn’t believe it! How can just one spray do that when paracetamol won’t touch it? I decided that this was some good stuff so why should I suffer from cramping if I don’t have to?
I have had a couple of periods since I received the Bnatural PURE CBD spray and as soon as it starts I will spray once in the morning and once at night, through the duration of it and low and behold, I have not cramped at all.
This shocked me somewhat so I did wait for another period just to make sure it was the spray and not a really weird period. It was the spray that was working on me. I am very impressed with it.
So yeh, it works fab for period pains, but it also works with headaches, I get quite a few headaches, especially over the last few weeks. I’m not sure whether it is lack of sleep, the stormy weather we have had or just extra screen time. I have a spray when I feel one coming on and it usually disperses it within an hour.
Overall I would definitely recommend it, especially for period pains. It doesn’t taste of anything at all and also does not smell. AND it works, well it did for me anyway.
