As you may have noticed I haven’t been posting my 365 posts on time lately, the reason is because I simply am not finding the time to post them. Therefore I have decided to do a weekly round up instead.
Here is my 365 project from Wednesday Day 112 – Sunday 116
Wednesday – Day 112 – Sunflower
We planted the sunflowers 9 days ago and this morning we finally spotted this little sunflower popping through. I took this picture in the late afternoon and was surprised at how quickly it had grown since the morning when it was just peeking out of the soil.
Thursday – Day 113 – Wedding Ring
Thursday was the wedding ring saga. My fingers have been getting chubbier and my wedding ring as been tight for quite a while, I have had it 9 years in my defence and I have put on a little weight since the ring was put on my finger, apparently you put weight on when you are content. Anyway I tried to get my wedding ring off and it wouldn’t budge, I tried washing up liquid as that always works…not this time. I started panicking and looked on YouTube for ways on how to get it off. I found one way using dental floss and after doing that the ring did come off and I had a swollen finger too. I told my husband the ordeal I suffered and he went and bought me a replacement wedding ring within an hour of the original coming off. He didn’t want me looking unclaimed haha.
I am gutted though, I love my wedding ring and although I like the replacement it is not the same. Which has not spurred me on to loose some weight (starting May 4th) and get my wedding ring back on.
Friday – Day 114 – Ice Cream
I can take or leave ice cream. Usually I will buy a pot like this have a couple of spoonfuls and put it back in the freezer and then the kids end up eating it. I decided to try the Marvellous Ice Cream as it was on offer. I sat down watching Gogglebox and opened the pot. I ate the whole thing. My husband was in shock. It just goes to show that it was totally delicious.
Saturday – Day 115 – Yankee Candle
I received this gorgeous Yankee Candle in the post on Saturday. It smells gorgeous. When it is not lit the kids keep taking the lid off the jar and sniffing at it.
Sunday – Day 116 – Younique Mascara
I got this a few days ago and have just got around to using it. I do love it, my lashes looks like cartoon characters. I don’t think I would wear it every day though but definitely when I go out.
