As you may have seen in another post I am reviewing different stationery products as part of #NatStatWeek Bloggers programme. NatStatWeek stands for National Stationery Week.
We were sent some Zebra pens to try out over the half term. This was going to be for the kids to take part and as we received two of each pen I gave both girls the same pens.
As soon as I gave Tiffany hers she stored them in her pencil case even though I told her she must write something with them and as she is seventeen and can strop and shout for England if pushed to do something she doesn’t want to do I gave up on her.
Skye on the other hand really liked the pens although she again did not do as I asked and did pretty drawings of mummy instead.
The Zebra pens we received was Z-Grip Animal Brights – Tiger, Zebra and Cheetah. These pens are really nice to grip as the grip is rubber, They are pretty to look at as they have corresponding animal prints in the same colour as the ink. The cheetah was light blue, the zebra was pink and the tiger was purple.
The other set of pens we got were Z-Grip Smooth Ballpoint Pens in green, blue, purple, pink and black. These again were really nice to grip. These come in transparent coloured casing and I really liked writing with these, it seemed less effort to write and the colours are very bright.
If you take a look at this photo the top three on the list are written with the Animal Brights and the bottom five are written with the Smooth pens.
I really do like the colours of Smooth pens, they just pop out at me.
I will be asking my youngest daughter to write a story for me using the pens instead of drawing pictures even though they are lovely. Hopefully I will get a picture of her story soon.
Zebra Pens has a new website where you can order refills, see brand new products and browse their extensive range of pens, pencils, markers, highlighters and more.
