Our Degustabox arrived at our door and like always I opened it straight away as I love to see what surprises are in there.
If you have not heard of Degustabox before, it is a monthly subscription box full of food and drinks to try and most of the products are full size products.
This is what we received in January’s box;
Kallo Organic Stock Pots
We received the Chicken Stock Pot pack, we haven’t used it yet however I will be using this for a chicken casserole shortly. It does sound great and I have heard great things about it already.
The English Provender Co.’s Caramelised Red Onion Chutney
I am not a lover of chutneys so I haven’t tried this myself however my daughter does like it, she will have it with anything and everything. She really liked it.
Taylors of Harrogate
We received the Cacao Superior Columbia variety, My husband is the coffee lover in our family. This coffee was fruity with a hint of chocolate, he didn’t like this much at all unfortunately.
Aloe Vera drinks are widely known for their health benefits, although this didn’t taste that nice, it was not that bad either and the benefits outweigh the taste.
Planters Fruity Chocolate Crunch
Peanuts, cranberries and milk chocolate buttons sound lovely; however I felt these were a bit tight with the chocolate buttons. They did complement each other really well though and tasted nice.
The Jelly Bean Factory Super Sour’s
I love The Jelly Bean Factory sweets and these were really nice, they were sour but not a bad sour as in they didn’t make my tongue sore. It was a nice sized bag too.
Ryvita Multigrain Rye Cakes
There are really nice with some Philadelphia spread topped with cucumber, a nice healthy snack or lunch. I really enjoyed these.
Propercorn Perfectly Sweet Popcorn
This was really nice, it was in a nice size bag and was just as sweet as other popcorn brands I have tried. Being just 130ckal per bag was a great plus for it too.
Dalston’s Fizzy Apple
I really enjoyed this apple soda, it was very fruity and I would definitely get this in the future.
Weetabix Additions Apple & Raisin
I am loving that Weetabix are introducing new additions to their range, I like both apple and raisins and Weetabix and the combination of the 3 works really well. The whole family enjoyed them.
Cadbury Picnic Bites
I gave these to my husband as he loves Cadbury Picnic, these are like small Picnic’s in bite size pieces. He was very impressed and it didn’t take him long to demolish them.
Rio Mare Tuna in Olive Oil
Tuna is a firm favourite for me, my daughter and my son, so we knew this would taste good, and it did. I do prefer it in brine rather than oil though.
Filippo Berio Fennel & Garlic Crostini
These are little dried slices of bread with flavouring on. I wasn’t keen on the flavour myself, my daughter liked them though, she loves garlic unlike myself. They were a hit with her.
Filippo Berio Classic Pesto
We haven’t tried the pesto yet, I may use it with pasta or a chicken dish soon though.
