I bought a Slimpod from Thinking Slimmer 4 weeks ago I decided on the drop two jean sizes or more one. I started listening to it the same night I bought it and listened to it every night for the first 21 days.
I was surprised as after a few days I found that I did not want to snack anymore but it wasn’t forced upon me it seemed to just be my new frame of mind. I have been eating less at dinner times and seem to be fuller quicker.
A few days later I found that my cups of tea seemed to be too sweet and so I cut down from 2 sugars to one sugar.
Four weeks on I am still listening to my Slimpod almost every night although some nights I have been so tired I fall asleep with a book in my hand so do not listen to it. This has not mattered though as I am still sticking to what I started 3+ weeks ago. Barely no snacking, although I did have a snack or two during the few days of the wrong time of the month. I did not binge like I would have done prior to the Slimpod.
How have I done with weight loss and inch loss?
After the first week I didn’t think I would have lost anything but after weighing myself I had actually lost 4lb and 2.5 inches from my hips which was my main achievement.
After 4 weeks I can tell you that my jeans now fall down, they were a little tight before using the Slimpod.
I have lost a total of 6lb, ok that doesn’t sound much does it? no, but I have lost a total of 13 inches from my body so far.
5 inches from my hips
3 inches from my waist
1 inch from my thighs
2 inches from my chest
and 2 inches from my biceps
So I am getting there and I will be continuing.
This has been the easiest way I have found to lose weight without dieting and doing almost nothing apart from listening to the Slimpod every night which takes less than 10 minutes.
As I am continuing with this I will let you know how I get on after another few weeks.
