We received a tube of children’s toothpaste and Flossbrush from brush-baby.
The Flossbrush is pink and white. It has an easy grip handle with groves where children would hold it and at the tip of each grove is a white star.
The bristles are two lengths, short and long. The shorter bristles help to clean the surface of the tooth, while the longer bristles reach between the teeth and into the gum line as flossing would. They have unique nano-silver impregnated bristles which inhibit bacterial growth on the bristles.
The unique bi-level bristles remove plaque not reached by conventional toothbrushes.
Brush-baby children’s toothpaste is for ages 3- 6 years. It is Tutti Fruity flavoured and contains Xylitol, fluoride and is SLS free. It comes in a 50ml tube.
Brush-Baby Toothpaste for children is specially formulated to protect young and developing teeth from decay.
Xylitol acts again decay-causing bacteria and fluoride strengthen the enamel of your child’s teeth.
When opening the toothpaste I noticed it was blue, I associate blue toothpaste with mint as did my daughter. It smelt lovely and she couldn’t wait to try it with her new Flossbrush.
We placed a small pea-sized amount onto her Flossbrush and she started to brush her teeth. She is always supervised while brushing her teeth as although she can kind of clean them they are not always done as they should have been so I will usually brush them again for her.
She loved the way she could grip the handle of the Flossbrush she said it was much easier to hold. The toothpaste foamed up lovely and she said it tasted nice. While brushing my daughter’s teeth I noticed how the Flossbrush was getting into every nook and cranny in her mouth so it gave me more assurance that her teeth had been cleaned properly.
I will definitely be buying another Flossbrush as at £2.10 this is reasonably priced and like I said the assurance that her teeth are clean is much better with the Flossbrush than a regular toothbrush.
My daughter does, however, like to change the flavours of her toothpaste a lot and although I think this toothpaste is great she will ask for another flavour once it runs out. I would buy it again if she wanted this one though as at £1.60 as there is 1/3 off at the moment it is again reasonably priced.
