Losing weight is a struggle at the best of times, I have lost weight before but due to illness I managed to put it all back on and some on top. My digital bathroom scales broke and I replaced them with some mechanical scales but I do not find them very accurate as I am always having to turn the dial back to zero, I do not like them at all.
I was offered the chance to review the Ozeri WeightMaster II 440lb Digital Bathroom BMI Scale and I chose to have them in black.
These scales are fantastic, they feature BMI with weight differential detection which instantly displays your BMI, current weight and your net weight change since your last weigh-in.
It has accurate weight tracking with a 30 day memory. Smart LCD with Color Alert Technology displays your weight change in colour, Green backlight for weight loss and Red backlight for weight gain.
It gives immediate and flawless results and is a robust constructions with industry-leading capacity and built-in intelligence. It weighs up to 200kg with auto-recognition technology for 8 unique users. It automatically calibrates with StepOn technology and auto-powers off. It features a slip-resistant grooved ABS exterior reinforced with a tempered glass interior and non-slip scratch resistant feet that won’t damage flooring. It is treated with Microban antimicrobial product protection that disrupts growth of stain and odor-causing bacteria and helps maintain surface cleanliness.
I really like the ease of these scales, there is no guess work needed at all, I do not need to guess how much weight I have gained or lost it all comes up on the screen and really quickly too. It also displays BMI which again is fantastic. I really like the colour alert technology, it is a great feeling to get the green colour after weighing in, a not so good feeling when the red light shows, but it also gives the motivation to lose weight for the next weigh in.
They weigh in kg and lbs units and are run on 2 CR2032 batteries which are included so they are ready to use straight away.
It is really easy to set up and we have profile programmed all of the family into the scales and now we can keep check on how our weight is doing and for me and my husband to work towards a healthy BMI.
The scales are very sleek and stylish and quite thin, I was expecting them to be bulkier than they were. There is an instruction book in the box that tells you how to set the scales up and what everything means.
I think the WeightMaster II are a fantastic price too at just £29.99 on Amazon UK at the moment, that is a saving of £40.00.
I would definitely recommend these to families and those that are tracking their weight.
