The week running up to Christmas can be a bit boring for kids, they are excited that Christmas is just a few days away but the days seem to last so long and they don’t know what to do with themselves, especially if it is a day that we are not shopping or visiting people.
We were sent a set of Mapped Color’Peps Jungle pens to keep away some of the boredom and as my daughter loves to draw and colour in her drawings she was really happy with these.
There are 12 felt tipped pens in the colours; Red Kiss, Sunny Yellow, Marsh Mallow,Dark Black, Woody Brown, Fruity Orange, Apple Green, Green Golf, Blush,Lovely Pink, Marina Blue and Bubble Blue and they really are fantastic colours and had exactly the colours that my daughter loves best. Each pen lid is embedded into the silicone green stand which is another great thing as it means no more lost pen lids.
As a first look at the pack it looks similar to a mushroom in shape and does not stand up, but it is fantastic because the silicone folds out and the pens spray out similar to a hedgehog and it stands up perfectly. It means my daughter could find the pen she wanted straight away and just pull it out. She even managed to place the pens back into the holder after use instead of leaving them on the table to dry out.
She has been drawing a lot of pictures over the Christmas period here are a couple of her creations;
What is great about these pens is that they are washable so I do not have to worry about my daughter getting the pens on her clothes and they also have a blocked tip which means that even pushing down on them the tip will not disappear.
Because the bottom of this folds up it means we can pop it into a bag if we go out so my daughter will not be bored where ever she goes.
The RRP of Color’Peps Jungle is £5.82 which I think is a reasonable price as they will last longer with their lids not being able to disappear.
