My daughter was so excited to see what was in her Bostik Easter craft box this month and as soon as she saw the contents she started planning what she would make with them.
She decided she would make a large Easter card.
To make this she used;
Yellow foam chick
First she drew a large egg on the card, and added a crack about a quarter of the way down.
She then cut the egg out and cut where the crack was.
Next she added a small triangle of orange tissue paper on the the yellow foam chick as its beak.
To finish off the chick she added 2 googly eyes.
She then decorated the egg shell with lots of different colours of glitter pen blobs.
Once dry she glued it all together in place so it looks like the chick is just hatching from the egg.
As we didn’t have any more card she glued it all to a piece of lilac felt as a background.
She will then be cutting the felt to the size of the card she will be using for her Easter card and gluing it to the card for her finished Easter card.
She really enjoyed making this and spent a long time deciding whether it looked right and that everything was perfect.
